My years in hospital and hospice care taught me to listen carefully, pay attention to every detail, and make each person feel genuinely cared for. My passion for skincare became personal after experiencing changes in my own skin following an accident. That journey inspired me to study skin health, ingredients, and professional treatments and ultimately to help others feel more confident in their own skin.
